The Church of St Paul’s the Apostle in Choppington is a well loved wedding venue. The traditional service, tailored to your needs is a perfect start to your married life.

For many people marriage is something so special that they want to have the opportunity to ask God to support them and bless them as they marry.  Getting married in church is a great way to express that.  Our Vicar will take the service but you are free to involve friends and family in the service where this is appropriate.

The Church of England has regulations about who can be married in a parish church. If you would like to get married here it’s a good idea to talk to the Vicar as soon as possible to check whether you are able to do so.

Weddings are normally held on a Saturday, but can be held on other days if the clergy are available.

If you are marrying at another church and require your Banns of Marriage to be read at Christ Church, then please contact us here for the relevant form.
